Pop icon Janet Jackson brings her “Number Ones, Up Close and Personal” tour to Barcelona in July 2011 as part of El Poble Espanyol's series of summer concerts.

2.Sting concert – Saturday 16 July 2011 at 22:00
Legendary front man of The Police and pop/rock star in his own right Sting brings his Symphonicity tour back to Barcelona, this time on the Costa Brava near Barcelona. The 'Symphonicity' tour stars Sting with the Royal Philaharmonic Concert Orchestra. The Jardins de Cap Roig Festival is a series of summer concerts in the auditorium of "Jardí Botànic de Caixa Girona" - the Botanical Gardens of Caixa Girona - on the Costa Brava coast close to the town of Palafrugell. The festival venue is only accessible by car and is about 1 hour by car from Girona and 2 hours from Barcelona. The festival was created by Caixa Girona Foundation as a summer festival to showcases different music styles on the Costa Brava.

Jardins de Cap Roig Costa Brava. The Jardins de Cap Roig are also called the "Jardí Botànic de Caixa Girona." The Botanical Gardens of Caixa Girona are located by the sea close to the town of Palafrugell. Every year they host an annual music festival called Festival Jardins de Cap Roig.
