From the 4th of July till the 5th of august there will be the open air cinema at Montjuic Castle.
It is the 8th Edition of Sala Montjuic out door cinema in Barcelona. Three times a week, on Monday, Wednesday and Friday for five weeks in the summer of Barcelona, you can enjoy outdoor classic original version movies on a giant screen, while having a picnic on the lawn of Montjuic Castle moat. There is usually live music before each screening.

Tickets
The price for a ticket is 5 euros and there is place for 2,500 people. If you would like to have a deckchair rental it will cost 3 euros extra.Tickets are sold at the castle on the day of the screening (from 20:30 pm). On site there will be 2000 tickets available.
You can also purchase your tickets in advance at Servicaixa website or ATM cashpoint machines. In advance there will be 500 tickets available.
How to reach the venue
The event location is Jardins del Castell de Montjuïc - "Fossat de Santa Eulalia". A special Sala Montjuic bus service will run from 20:15 to 01:00 every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 4th July 2011 to 5th August 2011. The bus will run from from Plaça Espanya to Castle. The bus name is "Plaça Espanya - Castell".
