Andréa Drottholm owner and founder of Akaza Agency in 2003. She started working in the tourist and service industry 17 years ago, back in Sweden, her homeland. She had worked in the hotel business, cruising industry, restaurants filling various roles and picked up a very extensive knowledge about the Service industry and what it takes to give an excellent service.
She travelled and worked in 9 different countries all over the globe to then finally settle down and start up Akaza Agency in Barcelona.
After working single handedly for the first 3 years, she was then able to take on her first team member and Akaza Team, and has since then been steadily growing the team and the business. Andréa speaks: Swedish, English, Spanish, German, French and Hungarian.

Christiane Klitzsch joined Akaza in the beginning of August 2008. She is currently studying International Management at the University of Applied Sciences Augsburg, Germany and lives in Munich. When going back to Germany she will finish her studies by writing her diploma thesis. Before studying Christiane gained experience in advertising & marketing while doing an apprenticeship as advertising consultant in an international advertising agency in Hamburg.
Christiane´s role at Akaza is to deal with our guest enquiries as well as to take responsibility for the customer service. During her stay in Spain she wants to get an insight in the Spanish way of working, improve her Spanish language skills as well as to see the city and the country.
Apart from German, Christiane speaks English, Italian and Spanish.

Heini Kiiski joined Akaza Team in the beginning of July. Heini is a third year business administration student of North Karelia University of Applied Sciences in Finland.
Heini wanted to do her internship abroad because it would be appreciated in the companies of Finland and the same time you would learn how to work in international work enviroment.
During the internship Heini wants to improve her Spanish skills and learn more about running a small company.

Samantha Noble, Came to Barcelona 2006 to settle and start a new life under the sun.
She joined the Akaza house keeping team together with her mother Marilyn. Samantha has a vast experience within this area, and together they have prooved themselves to work very much up to standard and to our guests expectations, as we get nothing but positive feedback about the professional maintanance of the apartements.
You are very likely to meet Samantha or Marilyn at the time of check out if you have booked one of the apartments that Akaza manages for their owners.

Marilyn Noble, Second team member of the Akaza house keeping team. Marilyn after 20 years of running her own eneterprise back in the UK, decided to pack it up and together with her daughter Samantha moved to Barcelona. Not only working as a team with her daughter but also being best of friends.
Their care and perfection for the apartments is very obvious to anyone who have stayed in one of the Akaza Managment apartments.
