Kære Andrea / Akaza,

Vi havde nogle dejlige dage i Barcelona og var meget tilfredse med lejligheden. Varmtvandssystemet var lidt svært at tackle. Man skal skrue rigtig meget op for den varme hane for at få blusset i varmeren til at tænde! Desværre strejkede "skyllet" i toilettet v. entreen lørdag aften. Det har I muligvis opdaget? 

Tusind tak for Cavaen og jeres omtanke. Det er ikke sidste gang, vi lejer lejlighed gennem Akaza!!

Vi vil lige sige  tusind tak for "lån" af den skønne lejlighed. Vi havde et fanstastisk ophold, og var meget glade for både lejligheden og kvarteret. Man føler jo ikke Barcelonetta ligger midt in en storby! Vi fik handlet på det lokale marked dagligt, Emilie legede med de spanske børn på legepladsen, og vi var ved stranden - jeg endda i bølgen blå et par gange!
Lejligheden indholdt alt, hvad vi havde brug for, og Emilie var meget glad og tryg der. Når der blev for mange indtryk, sagde hun "Emilie hjem til sommerhuset".... Vi fik en rigtig god service fra akaza (Steven), så der er absolut intet at klage over (det skulle dog lige være den meget smalle opgang, når man skal klemme en klapvogn igennem, men det står vel næpp i din magt at ændre...).
We will be back - og helt sikkert anbefale stedet til alle vores venner!

På vegne af alle 11 i vores familie, vil jeg takke for det meget gode samarbejde. Alt klappede, Lejlighederne var dejlige, turen ud med guide, var perfekt, taxis til og fra fungerede og vi er enige om at det bliver nødvendigt at komme tilbage en anden gang. Måske gøre det omvendt , bo ude ved vandet og tage ind til byen….
Det har du sikkert også idéer til…Men det henvender vi os om, når det bliver aktuelt..

Moi et ma famille souhaitons vous remercier pour la qualité de votre service, nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Barcelone malgré quelques réserves dont vous verrez le détail dans la feedback form.

Encore une fois, nous avons trouvé cet appartement très joli, mais entretenu d'une manière qui ne correspondait pas à la quaité du service attendu. D'autre part, il serait souhaitable d'insister sur le fait que l'apppartement est situé au 1er étage et donc extrêmement bruyant : on a besoin de nuits reposantes quand on marche 6 à 7heures par jours pour visiter une ville !

Cependant, votre collègue, Kristina a été très attentive à nos remarques et nous n'hésiterons pas à recommander votre site à nos connaissances.

We'd like to send our greetings and tell how good holiday we had in Barcelona. The flat (Pontevdra 45) we rented was just excellent, but you sure knew that already. We've been back in Finland only four days, three and a half to be excact, but we have already recommended your services and the apartment to our friends who were planning to go London. Now they are planning to go Barcelona instead.
We are definitely coming back to Barcelona and I really can't see any reason to change agency!
Hope to see you soon = next summer at latest!

Vi vill tacka dig och dina medarbetare med anlednig av vår vistelse i Barcelona. Vi fick möjlighet till ett centralt och bra boende genom er. Ni ordnade allt mycket bra för oss och vi kommer helt säkert tillbaka till Barcelona kanske redan nästa år. Då kommer vi givetvis att kontakta er igen för att se om ni har någonting att erbjuda. Vi kommer också att rekommendera er vid kontakt med andra som vill besöka denna trevliga stad.

I couldn't find a place on your website for feedback so I thought I would e-mail you.

We stayed at 18-20 Atlantidas in Barceloneta for 4 nights and have only good things to say about your booking service and organisation, and about the apartment itself. Barceloneta was a great area to stay in and we enjoyed shopping for bread, fruit and veg with all the locals. The only drawback was the building work nearby which was noisy all day until 7 pm - but obviously that was not within your or the owners' control. Everything else worked like clockwork and Jill and Iain, the owners, were very helpful despite the late hour of our arrival. Your airport pick-up service was great too, although as there were literally hundreds of taxis at the airport, in retrospect we could probably have managed without it. Barcelona is a brilliant city and I would like to think we would return - if so, we would definitely use Akaza again and choose the same apartment - hopefully the builders will have moved on by then.
