Excellent location and very clean Shower was very tiny, but otherwise, everything needed was there Could have used some paper towels for the kitchen, and maybe a small shelf in the shower for soap/shampoo Instructions for washer would have been helpful also

Both Kristina and Samantha were very helpful, and even answered queries after office hours

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Barcelona, and appreciated having my cozy flat to come home to in the evenings Very convenient location to buses, metro and beach Your staff were very helpful Please see if you'll be able to allow full payment by card in the future Will recommend your agency to my friends :)

Very good A good selection of apartments in good locations with very detailed info and photos on each apartment As far as I can remember, booking was straight forward

Prefer having more space than a room and an apartment suits our needs better Like to be able to do our own thing, have breakfast when it suits us and generally have your own space Feels more like home away from home

Great flat, excellent location Very well equipped - wow, a dishwasher!! Very clean and well looked after Everything seemed very new while the flat itself had great character Loved it!

Don\'t think we had any contact with owners but Andrea was very helpful, friendly etc

Don\'t like to appear critical since the flat was amazing but since you appear to be striving for excellence then the only things that could have ever so slightly improved our stay would have been having a cot available and replacing the bedroom pillows which were extremely uncomfortable

The flat was very nice It had all the facilities we needed for a comfortable stay Small but it appeared brand new Swimmingpool, seaview and som more sqm would have made the 10 :-)

Very easy, but I misunderstood \"last night\" in the first place and instead stated the departure date Thus your confirmation was 1 day wrong

We where 5 families with different sizes, some with children, some without The largest families found it cheaper to rent flats, we wanted to have accomodation in the same area Therefore an apatment

Good information and photos that do give a fair idea of the apartments on offer

We found the flat very clean and welcoming, and it was great to be able to do our own washing (there was however only enough washing powder for one load) The facilities in the flat were excellent, although we did not end up cooking for ourselves
The location was excellent as we are used to walking everywhere The flat was very convenient for all the activities we enjoyed while in Barcelona

Excellent service Andrea was very helpful when my daughter went to the office on my behalf to get the key
I thought the information on the renovation of the flat was very interesting, and the folder with general information about Barcelona was also useful

I would give the flat 10 out of 10, except for the fact that the shower recess was so small that it was crucial not to drop the soap! I do appreciate that there was most probably no other renovation option given that space is at a premium in the flat
It was good to have plenty of towels etc Made it like a home away rom home
We loved the floors, the furniture, the balcony, the way the flat was painted and decorated Thank you for a great place to stay! I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation of this kind in Barcelona

The flat was as described i e compact However the master bedroom was surprisngly large It wasa tight squeeze but we happliy survived for the 10 nights The area was fantastic - very Spanish rather than tourist Great selection of shops nearby However, a lot of work on adjacent flats made us a bit nervous about the balcony Lovely original features Well equipped for size Very convenient for travel to tourist sites: by underground and train and walking

The ability to see which dates are available is what set the web site apart for me, particularly since we were booking quite late

Cost was the primary factor, especially when we were not in need of many of the amenities that hotels offer Plus, it was nice just to have the privacy and intimacy that is lacking in a hotel setting

Nice flat really small, but we were forwarned appropriately in the web site though boy, oh boy is the shower small!!

(I think this point needs to be re-phrased into more of a question, but ) The service and assistance was great But there was a problem with the first contact The akaza phone number should have an answering machine for when someone is not avaiable upon initial contact

The booking system was fine However, we couldn´t view the apartment online with the latest version of Netscape, which is our preferred browser We had to use Internet Explorer to view the apartments in detail

1 Cost we were able to prepare many of our own meals and this saved money
2 Diet by preparing our own food we were able to maintain our exisiting diets We are mostly vegetarian and although we had a comprehensive list of vegetarian restaurants, we found many of thme unsatisfactory for a number of reasons Probaly the most significant reason was the unavailability of non-smoking restaurtants

WE´ve already spoken to you about the inadequate size of the bathroom This was our single biggest concern Layout of flat, apart from the bathroom, is excellent Facilities were excellent and the location was very convenient for visiting the sights in Barcelona

It\'s very good! What I really liked: one could see immediately, which apartment was free at the chosen time No time-consuming writing mails to ask and waiting for an answer Each apartment was shown in several pictures, so one could get a good idea of what it would be like - perfect!
