Sagrada Familia is the neighbourhood making home for the world famous Gaudi Cathderal.

Tourists from all over the world come to flock this amazing piece of archtietcure planned built by Antonio Gaudi. He unfourtanatly never finsihed the work as he died in an accident, hit by a tram in his early 40s.

By this time Gaudi had not only started the planning of the Sagrada Familia but also managed to build various original buildings found all over Barcelona.

Another interesting place to visit for those who love Gaudis work, is the Parc Guell, near Gracia.

But is has also got other beautiful surroundings worth visiting. If you take a walk along the Gaudi Avenue upwards the hill, you will find Hospital Sant Pau, which is a rather ordinary architecture. Along Avenida Gaudi you can find lots of Cafes and Restaurants.
