We are aware that the weather has a great influence on your stay in Barcelona, and we all wish for sun. We are happy to say that one of the reasons we choose to live in Barcelona is for the fact of its great weather. The sun shines about 90% of the year and when it rains it is only scattered showers which never last for any longer periods of time.
The rainiest month of the year is February and some in March. Of course this is not a guarantee but with plenty of years residing in this country we feel quite comfortable to say that if you caught bad weather during your holidays, you are one of the few!
