The main square of this area used to be the main square of Barcelona, where the city’s main holidays and celebration took place. In this part of the city you also find the Picasso, Textile, Barbier Mueller and Chocolate Museum, as well as Parque Cituadella just across the street, excellent park for finding green grass, ponds, play grounds for children and relax areas.
The area is quickly being renovated and as a great addition to the area, they are currently finishing off the rebuilding of one of Barcelona oldest markets, Mercat Santa Catalina.El Borne is 5 min walking distance from the sea and Barcelona’s city centre.
Send an email to enquiry@akaza,net for further information about the area and the apartments we can offer in El Borne.
