Between the 11-14th of February one of the largest congresses in the world will take place right here in our city. This is where all the mobile and telecommunications wizzes gather up to check out the latest 3G technology.
The 3GSM 2008 Barcelonas the biggest event of its kind in the world and last year the event is said to have had over sixty thousand visitors only to be growing in popularity.
The event used to be hosted in Cannes a few years back, but became so big that it outgrew the city, and moved to Barcelona.
This event is for the professionals in the industry, coming from all over the world, to find new contacts and present their products.
If you are planning to come to this event or to visit Barcelona during these dates we strongly recommend you to make your booking asap. In the past two years we have not had any apartments available at all for these dates, and fair visitors have had to stay in Hotels and apartments as far away as Girona and Tarragona.
