El Pebrot i el Petit Cargol
c/ Alcolea 18, 08014 Barcelona (Sants)
93.431.6970
Metro: Plaça Sants
If you plan to go Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday, let us reserve the table for you since it is a busy restaurant!

If you want to try some real Catalan food, get a feeling of a local restaurant away from Barcelona centre, without tourists, you should visit El Pebrot i el Petit Cargol in the Sants district.
They serve typical Catalan dishes, among those the Cargol (snails) in different sauces. Delicious and very typical dish from Catalonia. If you come in February or March, you should definitly try the famous Calçots (grilled onion) with the home made salsa - another Catalan FUN delicacy where you have to be prepared to get dirty hands! From the menu, they service different kind of grilled meat where I suggest you try the big Entrecot or Rabbit (Conill). Fantastic! Please note that the plates are huge so you will not leave the restaurant hungry!

My suggestion:
If you plan to go and see the Magic Fountains of Montjüic, you should combine it with dinner at El Pebrot i el Petit Cargol. From the restaurant to the Magic Fountains, you have 15-20 minutes walk!

Extra:
On Thursday nights, live music and entertainment is the perfect spice to your dinner.

Enjoy!
