Who will we be dealing with during our stay in the apartment?

 

In some of the apartments, your contact person is the owner, or the owner’s representative, which in some cases would be Akaza staff.


On the final confirmation voucher you receive after your booking has been confirmed, you will find the name and phone number of the contact person: you will have to call the contact person upon arrival to the airport and arrange a time to meet at the apartment.

 

During your stay, the contact person is the one you will be dealing with.

 

However, you can always contact Akaza in emergency situations or in case of language problems with the owner(s).
