Property Description
A cosy 38 square meter apartment, located on the 5th floor (no elevator). It is a one bedroom apartment with wooden beams in the ceiling. The bedroom has a double bed and in the salon you have a sofa bed, TV, DVD and dining area. The apartment also has an American fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub. There is a communal roof terrace on top of the building where you can enjoy your morning coffee or sunset cocktails. You have the beach on your doorstep, and are surrounded by restaurants, bars, fresh food market, shops etc. giving you the feeling of being in a small village instead of central Barcelona. Only 15 minute walk away you will find yourself on La Rambla. Around the corner you not only have the beach but also the Yachting Port. Various tourist attractions are easily accessed from the flat and many within walking distance.

How to reach the property
Barcelona airport:By Taxi: 20-30 minute, depending on traffic.
Train: 32 minutes arrive to Estacion Francia, 10m minute walk from the apartment. Runs every 30 minutes, from 06:00-22:29
Bus: Drops you off Plaça Catalunya, from there you can catch the metro, yellow line. |

| Booking Cancellation Policy |
|
| If notification of cancellation is received within 48 hours after the reservation has been confirmed by Akaza, the full pre-payment will be returned to the client. Cancellations received after 48 hours are not subject to refund regardless of the cancellation reason.
All cancellations must be received by e-mail or by fax.
If the apartment is, for any reason, not in rental conditional at the time of arrival, in situation of damage, such as leaks or any other conditions making the apartment un-liveable, Akaza has the right to cancel a booking for this specific apartment and reserves the right to transfer clients to an equivalent accommodation at its discretion. If an alternative apartment is not available Akaza will then return the pre-payment. Akaza will do its best to assist the client to find a suitable solution of alternative accommodation, but will by no means be held responsible to do so.
