The bathroom with its beautiful tiles has a large shower, toilet and an alcove for the washing machine. The apartment is located on the first floor without elevator.It has a small balcony overlooking the street, giving a glance of a sea-view as the beach is located only 30 meters from the apartment.This apartment is recomended as being of a basic standard but due to its location is a fantastic base for guests looking to explore all that Barcelona has to offer. |

How to reach the property
Barcelona Airport (El Prat):
By Taxi: 20-30 minutes, depending on the traffic.
Train: 32 minutes to arrive to Estació de França, 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Runs every 30 minutes, from 06:00-22:29.
Bus: Drops you off at Plaza Catalunya, from there you can catch the metro. Your stop is Barceloneta, on the yellow line.
You can also get to the apartment by the bus number 59, which goes from Plaça Catalunya and leaves you on the corner of carre Admiral Cervera, which is the top of the street of the apartment. |

| Booking Cancellation Policy |
|
| If notification of cancellation is received within 48 hours after the reservation has been confirmed by Akaza, the full pre-payment will be returned to the client. Cancellations received after 48 hours are not subject to refund regardless of the cancellation reason.
All cancellations must be received by e-mail or by fax.
If the apartment is, for any reason, not in rental conditional at the time of arrival, in situation of damage, such as leaks or any other conditions making the apartment un-liveable, Akaza has the right to cancel a booking for this specific apartment and reserves the right to transfer clients to an equivalent accommodation at its discretion. If an alternative apartment is not available Akaza will then return the pre-payment. Akaza will do its best to assist the client to find a suitable solution of alternative accommodation, but will by no means be held responsible to do so.
