Only five minutes walk to the beach and surrounded by restaurants, bars and shopping with the main market on your doorstep, where you find all fresh food products. This area is full of character and gives the feeling of being in a small village in the heart of Barcelona. Only 15 minutes walk from La Rambla or 10 minutes walk from the old town or Barri Gòtic. The nearest metro station is only two minutes away and the local bus service even closer for those of you who prefer not to walk. NOTE: Bills are included in the rent up to 100€ a month including internet. At the end of the contract, the tenant is obliged to leave the apartment in the exact same order as the apartment was found. All used sheets and towels should be washed by the tenant. In case this is not the fact when leaving the apartment, an additional cost 20 EUR per bed set and 10 EUR per towel set will be charged. Furthermore there is a mandatory cleaning procedure related to long term rentals, which is not included in the rent and will have cost of 15 EUR an hour. Train: 32 minutes to arrive to Estació de França, 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Runs every 30 minutes, from 06:00-22:29. Bus: Drops you off at Plaza Catalunya, from there you can catch the metro.
