Property Description
A bright, classic and charming flat with a large balcony, sea view and situated only one minute from the beach of Barceloneta. The apartment is located on the fourth floor (no elevator), and suited for those who are looking for character and atmosphere. It is renovated with care for original details, such as the original Catalan tiled floor and the ceiling stucco. The ceilings are high and all windows face the street, allowing plenty of air and light to come through. The main bedroom has a double bed, the middle room is the dining- and kitchen area, and the third one can be used as a salon during the day and as another bedroom during the night as it has a double sofa futon. We can also provide a single spare mattress. The kitchen is well-equipped and the bathroom has a shower. French doors opens to a 7 meter balcony and as a bonus there is rooftop terrace with garden furniture and a magnificent view over the Mediterranean and the mountains. The apartment is in the Barceloneta area, with easy access to the beach, city centre, the Yachting Port, shops, restaurants and bars.

How to reach the property
Barcelona Airport (El Prat):
By Taxi: 20-30 minutes, depending on the traffic.
Train: 32 minutes to arrive to Estació de França, 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Runs every 30 minutes, from 06:00-22:29.
Bus: Drops you off at Plaça Catalunya, from there you can catch the metro. Your stop is Barceloneta, on the yellow line. |

| Booking Cancellation Policy |

| If notification of cancellation is received within 48 hours after the reservation has been confirmed by Akaza, the full pre-payment will be returned to the client. Cancellations received after 48 hours are not subject to refund regardless of the cancellation reason.
All cancellations must be received by e-mail or by fax.
If the apartment is, for any reason, not in rental conditional at the time of arrival, in situation of damage, such as leaks or any other conditions making the apartment un-liveable, Akaza has the right to cancel a booking for this specific apartment and reserves the right to transfer clients to an equivalent accommodation at its discretion. If an alternative apartment is not available Akaza will then return the pre-payment. Akaza will do its best to assist the client to find a suitable solution of alternative accommodation, but will by no means be held responsible to do so.
