The apartment of 45m2 has recently been redecorated und refurnished. The accomodation offers every modern comfort, without forgetting the former details of the apartments. The apartment has many wooden details and 3 balconies. The living room is very bright and offers comfortable seating and a fully equipped entertainment set. Also it has a beautiful balcony which brings in a lot of natural light. The master bedroom has a double bed and the living room has a comfortable double sofa bed. The bedroom also has a balcony, an excellent place for a breakfast in the morning or to relax in the evening sun in Barcelona. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the utilities needed for your stay in Barcelona. The bathroom is modern and has a shower.
The building is surrounded by Gothic architecture and little tapas restaurants. Within walking distance from the apartment lie the Picasso Museum, the Cathedral and the Old Port with the beach of Barcelona. The Ramblas with Plaza Catalunya is also only a 15 minutes walk, or just 10 minutes with the metro Jaume I.

By Taxi: 20-30 minutes, depending on the traffic.
Bus: Drops you off at Plaça Catalunya, from there you can catch the metro. Your stop is Jaume I on the yellow line. From there it is only 5 minutes walking to the apartment. |

| Booking Cancellation Policy |
|
| If notification of cancellation is received within 48 hours after the reservation has been confirmed by Akaza, the full pre-payment will be returned to the client. Cancellations received after 48 hours are not subject to refund regardless of the cancellation reason.
All cancellations must be received by e-mail or by fax.
If the apartment is, for any reason, not in rental conditional at the time of arrival, in situation of damage, such as leaks or any other conditions making the apartment un-liveable, Akaza has the right to cancel a booking for this specific apartment and reserves the right to transfer clients to an equivalent accommodation at its discretion. If an alternative apartment is not available Akaza will then return the pre-payment. Akaza will do its best to assist the client to find a suitable solution of alternative accommodation, but will by no means be held responsible to do so.
