The neighbourhood of the apartment is full of restaurants, shops and bars and apart from having Europe’s longest shopping street, from one stone´s through away you will find Plaza España and the big mountain park of Montjuic. Furthermore, if you have a car, there is a parking 180 meters from the apartment.

By Taxi: 20-30 minutes, depending on the traffic.
Bus: Drops you off at Plaça Catalunya, from there you can catch the metro: the train from the airport goes directly to Sants estacio that is 5 minutes by walk from the apartment. |

| Booking Cancellation Policy |
|
| If notification of cancellation is received within 48 hours after the reservation has been confirmed by Akaza, the full pre-payment will be returned to the client. Cancellations received after 48 hours are not subject to refund regardless of the cancellation reason.
All cancellations must be received by e-mail or by fax.
If the apartment is, for any reason, not in rental conditional at the time of arrival, in situation of damage, such as leaks or any other conditions making the apartment un-liveable, Akaza has the right to cancel a booking for this specific apartment and reserves the right to transfer clients to an equivalent accommodation at its discretion. If an alternative apartment is not available Akaza will then return the pre-payment. Akaza will do its best to assist the client to find a suitable solution of alternative accommodation, but will by no means be held responsible to do so.
