This is a basic fully-equipped apartment for families (2 adults max and kids for free!), 50 square meters, trendy decorated sunny apartment which has a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchenette.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a bedroom with a double bed and a small guest room with a bunk bed which means that the apartment can comfortably can host a family of two adults plus kids.
The main bedroom has a one door wardrobe. At either side of the apartment there is a balcony where you can enjoy your breakfast in the sun. The apartment is only five minutes from the Barceloneta beach, the metro and within walking distance from Rambla and the Gothic quarter.
IMPORTANT!! When you book this apartment, if you are coming with kids, book just for the adults, and write in the comments how many kids you have.
NOTE: At the end of the contract, the tenant is obliged to leave the apartment in the exact same order as the apartment was found. All used sheets and towels should be washed by the tenant. In case this is not the fact when leaving the apartment, an additional cost 20 EUR per bed set and 10 EUR per towel set will be charged. Furthermore there is a mandatory cleaning procedure related to lshort term apartments of 35m2 to 50 m2 are expected to have a cleaning of 4 hours. Therefore the cost for final cleaning will be respectively 60 EUR

How to reach the property
Barcelona Airport (El Prat):
By Taxi: 20-30 minutes, depending on the traffic.
Train: 32 minutes to arrive to Estació de França, 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Runs every 30 minutes, from 06:00-22:29.
Bus: Drops you off at Plaza Catalunya, from there you can catch the metro. Your stop is Barceloneta, on the yellow line.

Deposit
A fully refundable deposit of guarantee is requested on entering the accommodation to ensure its careful use. For this accommodation, the deposit value is: 200.00 EUR
Booking Cancellation Policy
If notification of cancellation is received within 48 hours after the reservation has been confirmed by Akaza, the full pre-payment will be returned to the client. Cancellations received after 48 hours are not subject to refund regardless of the cancellation reason.
All cancellations must be received by e-mail or by fax.
If the apartment is, for any reason, not in rental conditional at the time of arrival, in situation of damage, such as leaks or any other conditions making the apartment un-liveable, Akaza has the right to cancel a booking for this specific apartment and reserves the right to transfer clients to an equivalent accommodation at its discretion. If an alternative apartment is not available Akaza will then return the pre-payment. Akaza will do its best to assist the client to find a suitable solution of alternative accommodation, but will by no means be held responsible to do so.
