This spacious apartment is located in the heart of the Barceloneta´s district, the former district of the fishermens of Barcelona. Close to the port Vell and to the beach , this is the perfect place to discover Barcelona as it is 10 minutes walking from the Ramblas , and in the same time you will enjoy the beach located 200 meters from the apartment.
The Ginebra 3 can host up to 6 people with 2 comfortable double bedrooms with double beds, and one double sofa bed in the charming living room.
The kitchen of the apartment is fully equipped to provide you with all the comfort you need to have a great time in our amazing Barcelona.

| How to reach the property |

Barcelona Airport (El Prat):
Taxi: 20-30 minutes, depending on the traffic.
Train: 38 minutes to arrive to Estació de França, 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Train runs every 30 minutes, from 06:00-22:30.
Aerobus: about 30 minutes to arrive at Plaza Catalunya, from there you can catch the metro. Your stop is Barceloneta, on the yellow line. The bus runs every 10 - 15 minutes, from 06:00 – 01:05 |

| A fully refundable deposit of guarantee is requested on entering the accommodation to ensure its careful use. For this accommodation, the deposit value is: 150.00 EUR |

| Booking Cancellation Policy |
|
| If notification of cancellation is received within 48 hours after the reservation has been confirmed by Akaza, the full pre-payment will be returned to the client. Cancellations received after 48 hours are not subject to refund regardless of the cancellation reason.
All cancellations must be received by e-mail or by fax.
If the apartment is, for any reason, not in rental conditional at the time of arrival, in situation of damage, such as leaks or any other conditions making the apartment un-liveable, Akaza has the right to cancel a booking for this specific apartment and reserves the right to transfer clients to an equivalent accommodation at its discretion. If an alternative apartment is not available Akaza will then return the pre-payment. Akaza will do its best to assist the client to find a suitable solution of alternative accommodation, but will by no means be held responsible to do so.
