NOTE: Bills (up to 50 EUR a month) are included in the rent. At the end of the contract, the tenant is obliged to leave the apartment in the exact same order as the apartment was found. All used sheets and towels should be washed by the tenant. In case this is not the fact when leaving the apartment, an additional cost 20 EUR per bed set and 10 EUR per towel set will be charged. Furthermore there is a mandatory cleaning procedure related to long term rentals, which is not included in the rent and will have cost of 15 EUR an hour. Train: 32 minutes to arrive to Estació de França, 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Runs every 30 minutes, from 06:00-22:29. Bus: Drops you off at Plaza Catalunya, from there you can catch the metro.
