This ultra modern apartment is situated directly opposite the seafront and offers fantastic sea views from the large private terrace.
The Platja Nova Mar Bella, one of Barcelona's finest beaches, is found just across the road and the building itself has two semi-heated swimming pools and a large garden/recreation area.
In the immediate vicinity are a number of designer gardens and the Diagonal Mar shopping centre.
In terms of comfort and sleeping arrangements the apartment has two spacious bedrooms each sleeping two persons and a further two double sofa beds in the living room. There are two complete, marble bathrooms with shower and bath tub. The kitchen comes with every modern appliance you would expect of an apartment of this standard, including a dishwasher. You can find a baby chair as well as a cot in the apartment, what makes the apartment appropriate for small children, too.
Late check-in after 21.00 p.m. is 25€, after 23.00 p.m is 40€ in cash.
Check-in at 15.00 p.m
NOTE: Parties are not allowed in this appartment
-No large groups of all men or all women
-Accept up to 6 adults maximum, but only if this is a family or couples. Extra children are acceptable

| How to reach the property |

Barcelona Airport (El Prat):
By Taxi: 30-45 minutes, depending on the traffic.
Train: 32 minutes to arrive to Estació de França, 5/10 mins taxi ride from the apartment. Runs every 30 minutes, from 06:00-22:29.
Bus: Drops you off at Plaza Catalunya, from there you can catch the metro. Your stop is Selva de Mar, on the yellow line.

| Booking Cancellation Policy |
|
| If notification of cancellation is received within 48 hours after the reservation has been confirmed by Akaza, the full pre-payment will be returned to the client. Cancellations received after 48 hours are not subject to refund regardless of the cancellation reason.
All cancellations must be received by e-mail or by fax.
If the apartment is, for any reason, not in rental conditional at the time of arrival, in situation of damage, such as leaks or any other conditions making the apartment un-liveable, Akaza has the right to cancel a booking for this specific apartment and reserves the right to transfer clients to an equivalent accommodation at its discretion. If an alternative apartment is not available Akaza will then return the pre-payment. Akaza will do its best to assist the client to find a suitable solution of alternative accommodation, but will by no means be held responsible to do so.
