It has light wooded beams in the ceiling keeping its original characters. There are two single beds in the bedroom which can be closed off from the salon. In the salon there is a sofa bed, dining area and a kitchen. The bathroom has a shower. This is a fantastic option for those who want to be as close to the beach as possible but still stay in the center of Barcelona. The apartment’s spectacular views give it the magnificent feeling of a sea side holiday apartment; palm trees, the beach, the blue sea and with only 10 minutes walk to your main shopping and attraction areas.
Please note that for the arrival at the apartment after 20:00 a late check in fee of 30 euros is applied.

| How to reach the property |

Barcelona Airport (El Prat):
Taxi: 20-30 minutes, depending on the traffic.
Train: 38 minutes to arrive to Estació de França, 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Train runs every 30 minutes, from 06:00-22:30.
Aerobus: about 30 minutes to arrive at Plaza Catalunya, from there you can catch the metro. Your stop is Barceloneta, on the yellow line. The bus runs every 10 - 15 minutes, from 06:00 – 01:05 |

| Booking Cancellation Policy |
|
| If notification of cancellation is received within 48 hours after the reservation has been confirmed by Akaza, the full pre-payment will be returned to the client. Cancellations received after 48 hours are not subject to refund regardless of the cancellation reason.
All cancellations must be received by e-mail or by fax.
If the apartment is, for any reason, not in rental conditional at the time of arrival, in situation of damage, such as leaks or any other conditions making the apartment un-liveable, Akaza has the right to cancel a booking for this specific apartment and reserves the right to transfer clients to an equivalent accommodation at its discretion. If an alternative apartment is not available Akaza will then return the pre-payment. Akaza will do its best to assist the client to find a suitable solution of alternative accommodation, but will by no means be held responsible to do so.
