This apartment was fully renovated 3 years ago, with a nice parquet floor and comforts needed to make a holiday stay complete.
The distribution is very practical, where the salon and dining area is in the front of the apartment, as well as a small step out balcony.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a practical layout and plenty of storage space. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin all in one.
The hallway connects the front and the back of the apartment where the two bedrooms are in the back.
The first bedroom has two single beds, and the second bedroom a large double bed. The apartment has plenty of storage room, and well suited for a party of four and an option of two extra persons in the sofa bed in the living room.
There is central heating for the winter months, and air conditioning for the summer.
The area Barceloneta is well located in the centre of Barcelona as well as close to the beach and port. Plenty of Public transport, bars, restaurants within easy reach.
How to reach the property
Barcelona Airport (El Prat):
Taxi: 20-30 minutes, depending on the traffic.
Train: 38 minutes to arrive to Estació de França, 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Train runs every 30 minutes, from 06:00-22:30.
Aerobus: about 30 minutes to arrive at Plaza Catalunya, from there you can catch the metro. Your stop is Barceloneta, on the yellow line. The bus runs every 10 - 15 minutes, from 06:00 – 01:05.
Points of Interest
The beach is only a step away from the apartment. Close to a shopping complex with cinema and Aquarium for children. 5 minutes to old town Barcelona. Puerto Olympico on one sie and Port Vell on the other side, both within walking distance.
Deposit
A fully refundable deposit of guarantee is requested on entering the accommodation to ensure its careful use. For this accommodation, the deposit value is: 200.00 EUR
Booking Cancellation Policy
If notification of cancellation is received within 48 hours after the reservation has been confirmed by Akaza, the full pre-payment will be returned to the client. Cancellations received after 48 hours are not subject to refund regardless of the cancellation reason.
All cancellations must be received by e-mail or by fax.
If the apartment is, for any reason, not in rental conditional at the time of arrival, in situation of damage, such as leaks or any other conditions making the apartment un-liveable, Akaza has the right to cancel a booking for this specific apartment and reserves the right to transfer clients to an equivalent accommodation at its discretion. If an alternative apartment is not available Akaza will then return the pre-payment. Akaza will do its best to assist the client to find a suitable solution of alternative accommodation, but will by no means be held responsible to do so.
