This apartment with air-conditioning can sleep up to 4 people, the master bedroom has a double bed and there is also a sofa bed for two in the living room. The open kitchen is fully equipped and the modern bathroom has a shower. The apartment also offers a roof terrace to enjoy the nice weather in the summer or to enjoy the nice view on the famous church of Barcelona. The building is surrounded by Gothic architecture and little tapas restaurants. Within walking distance from the apartment lie the Picasso Museum, the Cathedral and the Old Port of Barcelona. The Ramblas with Plaza Catalunya and the beach are also only a 15 minutes walk, or just 10 minutes with the metro from Jaume I.

By Taxi: 20-30 minutes, depending on the traffic.
Bus: Drops you off at Plaça Catalunya, from there you can catch the metro. Your stop is Jaume 1 on the yellow line. From there it is only 5 minutes walking to the apartment. |

| A fully refundable deposit of guarantee is requested on entering the accommodation to ensure its careful use. For this accommodation, the deposit value is: 200.00 EUR |

| Booking Cancellation Policy |
|
| If notification of cancellation is received within 48 hours after the reservation has been confirmed by Akaza, the full pre-payment will be returned to the client. Cancellations received after 48 hours are not subject to refund regardless of the cancellation reason.
All cancellations must be received by e-mail or by fax.
If the apartment is, for any reason, not in rental conditional at the time of arrival, in situation of damage, such as leaks or any other conditions making the apartment un-liveable, Akaza has the right to cancel a booking for this specific apartment and reserves the right to transfer clients to an equivalent accommodation at its discretion. If an alternative apartment is not available Akaza will then return the pre-payment. Akaza will do its best to assist the client to find a suitable solution of alternative accommodation, but will by no means be held responsible to do so.
