Brand new duplex apartment with wooden floors and modern furniture, located just five minutes walk from the beach, 10 minutes walk from the Gothic quarter, at the foot of the trendy el Born neighbourhood and near the harbour and the yacht marina. This smart apartment is in a recently refurbished building painted with warm, Mediterranean colours and sleeps up to 5 people. The luminous master bedroom has a king-size bed where the second room has a set of bunk beds and there is a single sofa bed in the living room for an extra guest. There is a modern, fully fitted kitchen, a complete bathroom with shower and a pretty living/dining area with TV and a small balcony onto the street. In addition it has air conditioning, central heating and wi-fi. You will find clean, new bed linen and fresh towels upon arrival and all the necessary kitchen utensils you might need like plates, glasses, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, iron and ironing board. Located close to the historical center and the beach this apartment is perfect to enjoy a chilled-out stay right by the Mediterranean, yet within walking distance to the major attractions. We have three apartments in the same building which is a perfect solution for families or groups wanting to stay together.

| How to reach the property |

Barcelona Airport (El Prat):
Taxi: 20-30 minutes, depending on the traffic.
Train: 38 minutes to arrive to Estació de França, 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Train runs every 30 minutes, from 06:00-22:30.
Aerobus: about 30 minutes to arrive at Plaza Catalunya, from there you can catch the metro. Your stop is Barceloneta, on the yellow line. The bus runs every 10 - 15 minutes, from 06:00 – 01:05. |

| A fully refundable deposit of guarantee is requested on entering the accommodation to ensure its careful use. For this accommodation, the deposit value is: 200.00 EUR |

| Booking Cancellation Policy |
|
| If notification of cancellation is received within 48 hours after the reservation has been confirmed by Akaza, the full pre-payment will be returned to the client. Cancellations received after 48 hours are not subject to refund regardless of the cancellation reason.
All cancellations must be received by e-mail or by fax.
If the apartment is, for any reason, not in rental conditional at the time of arrival, in situation of damage, such as leaks or any other conditions making the apartment un-liveable, Akaza has the right to cancel a booking for this specific apartment and reserves the right to transfer clients to an equivalent accommodation at its discretion. If an alternative apartment is not available Akaza will then return the pre-payment. Akaza will do its best to assist the client to find a suitable solution of alternative accommodation, but will by no means be held responsible to do so.
