		Property Description MAP Monthly prices start at 1.440 EUR per month (depending on duration of stay and season) Two months of deposit is required, unless stay is shorter than two months. This apartment is very well suited for families and couples. Located in the area of Gracia at the end of Paseo de Gracia. On a small tucked away little pedestrian street, you would never guess that you are in the middle of a buzzing city. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with an elevator. Plenty of light in both ends of the apartment, one side facing east and the other west. There are two single rooms in the apartment with three beds in total, and a very spacious double bed in the third bedroom with small French balconies over looking the pedestrian street down below. The apartment is very tastefully in tune with antic wood furniture fitting nicely with the apartment character. The floor is Catalan tile mosaic, the ceiling are tall with decorations. The apartment is very well distributed, covering a surface of 80m2. At the other end of the apartment we find the bathroom, toilet, kitchen and a sitting area with large windows. NOTE: Bills are included in the rent. At the end of the contract, the tenant is obliged to leave the apartment in the exact same order as the apartment was found. All used sheets and towels should be washed by the tenant. In case this is not the fact when leaving the apartment, an additional cost 20 EUR per bed set and 10 EUR per towel set will be charged. Furthermore there is a mandatory cleaning procedure related to long term rentals, which is not included in the rent and will have cost of 15 EUR an hour. Apartments of 35m2 to 50 m2 are expected to have a minimum cleaning of 4 hours and apartments of 50m2 to 80m2 of 5 hours. Therefore the minimum cost for final cleaning will be respectively 60 EUR and 75 EUR.     How to reach the property   Barcelona Airport (El Prat): By Taxi: 20-30 minutes, depending on the traffic.
