Akaza offers more than 90 apartments with different price ranges all over Barcelona. Our specialty is with the ones located in the Barceloneta area (the old fisherman neighbourhood next to the sea).
This month we would like to highlight the following long-term rental apartments:

Amalienborg 2
This great little apartment is located a footstep away from the beach in the old fishermen's community. The area has a very special atmosphere giving you the feeling of being in a small village. The romantic apartment is located on fourth floor without an elevator and quite steep stairs - being so high up, the apartment is very bright since it allows lots of light to enter. It has one bedroom with a large wardrobe and a double bed, a salon with a sofa bed for two persons, a dining table and a separate fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with a shower. Apart from the air conditioning the apartment is equipped with a fan in the bedroom. It is well distributed and practical.
Amazing Views
Recently refurbished beach side property with stunning views of both sea and the harbour. Boasting a private terrace of 8 square metres perfect for relaxing and enjoying breakfast in the sunshine. Located on the sixth floor in a building with an elevator. It has one large bedroom containing a large double bed and a sofa bed and in the living room there is also another sofa bed so the apartment can sleep up to 6 people.

Fira de Santa Llucia
|
|
The annual Fira de Santa Llucia Christmas fair in Barcelona will showcase 300 stands selling seasonal treats outside the city's cathedral this December. Running across the entire month, the fair will also feature a nativity scene competition and on the 28th of the month, local musicians, artisits, and entertainers will amuse the crowd.
Another activity at the Fira de Santa LLucia is the giant caga tio, a huge, smiley-faced "log" that drops out presents when kids beat it with a stick. The caga tio is a character in Catalan mythology relating to Christmas tradition and many families keep one in their homes during the festive season (small versions are on sale at the Fira de Santa Llucia's market).
