International Jazz Festival
|

Quad Tour
Two of the Akaza workers, Christiane and Heini went to try a quad tour in Montnegre nature park.
Barcelona you can find the nature park Montnegre - it is also worth the pain taking the train there along the coast side.
Once arrived there you will be provided with helmets and protection against the dust for your eyes and your mouth. After a short introduction and some emergency breaks you are ready to go. The guide takes you on different routes through the park, so you can try and test different challenges like going up and down pretty steep roads, taking narrow bends and moving your quad to very stony areas.
Christiane and Heini enjoyded the tour a lot and they recommed everybody to try this experience once!

El barrio Raval
|
|
El Raval is a district of Barcelona which is also known as Barri Xino, meaning "Chinatown." El Raval is one of the two historical neighbourhoods that border the Rambla (the other being the Barri Gòtic). The neighborhood is home to 200,000 people.
An area historically infamous for its nightlife and cabarets, as well as prostitution and crime, el Raval has changed significantly in recent years and, due its central location, has become a minor attraction of Barcelona. It is currently the home to a very diverse immigrant community ranging from Pakistanis and Indonesians, to a more recent Easterm european community, especially from Romania. El Raval is also becoming one of the hippest up-and-coming neighbourhoods of Barcelona where many artists live and work. It is home to many bars, restaurants, and night spots.
