The security deposit will be kept for security reasons to guarantee the good condition of the apartment and the good behaviour of the guests within the neighbourhood.

The security deposit will be refunded on departure, only if the above mentioned has been respected. 

Reasons for the non-refund or deduction of the security deposit are as follows:

-Non announced departures prior to the time estimated given to the owner or the agency.

-Accommodating more people than the stipulated in the reservation contract.

-Disturbing the neighbourhood. The guest who caused any disturbance will be asked to leave the apartment immediately with no refund at all, not of rent or deposit. 

-Any damage or theft committed at the apartment by the tenants.

-The state of the apartment not being acceptable.
