Do I get a confirmation of my reservation?

 

 

Once we have checked availability and charged you the

pre-payment, we will confirm your reservation, and send you an Akaza confirmation voucher to the e-mail address stated by you.

 

the same voucher will have all the details you need in order to get to the apartment, contact details of the person who will meet you at the apartment, full address, balance of the rent, etc.

 

Please note that you will have to present the confirmation voucher at

check-in.
