When you have found an apartment you would like to book, you press “Book this Property”.
The total price of the stay appears: please, note that this price is not including the security deposit which has to be paid upon arrival.
Furthermore, if you choose to pay the pre-payment
(20%-35% of the total rent) by credit card, an additional 3% credit card usage fee will be applied to the total cost.
The next page showing is where you will have to fill in your personal information, such as your name, contact phone number and e-mail address. You also have to type in your arrival time and airport in the comment field.

In order to proceed with the booking, you will have to pay a 20% -35% pre-payment: this amount is calculated upon the total rent, and will have to paid in order to receive the final booking confirmation. You can choose to pay the pre-payment by credit card via our secure server or by bank transfer.
To pay pre-payment with credit card
Please note that we are not charging anything to your credit card until we have confirmed the availability of the apartment.
If payment by credit card is selected, your credit card details are required in order to proceed with the reservation.
Please, double check that you have typed in the correct card holder name, card number and expiration date.
Your credit card information is kept confidential through the use of our secure server software (SSL). This means that information can only be exchanged between you and Akaza.net, and that no third party can access this data.
To pay pre-payment by bank Transfer
If payment by bank transfer is chosen, please, be advised that this must completed within 48 hours (working days) of making this reservation or it may be subject to cancellation. Once you have made the transfer, you will have to fax the transfer receipt to us:
After pressing “Proceed”, please, verify the reservation information in order to make sure that the typed information is correct before proceeding.
When pressing “Proceed”, you will receive a copy of the reservation sent to Akaza.
Please, note this reservation has not been confirmed until you have received the final confirmation voucher.
The confirmation voucher will be sent to the e-mail address you selected.
