How much do I have to pay to do the reservation?

 

 

In order to confirm your reservation, we will charge you a 20%-35% pre-payment of the total rent.

 

This amount has to be paid by either credit card or by bank transfer prior to receiving the final confirmation voucher. 

 

The apartments that Akaza manages requires a 35%

pre-payment and the rest of them are 20%.

 

Upon arrival to the apartment, you will have to pay the balance in cash and in Euros.

 

We do not take credit card nor cheques at this point.
