Which is the Akaza cancellation policy?

 

 

If notification of cancellation is received within 48 hours after the reservation has been confirmed by Akaza, the full

pre-payment will be returned to the client.

 

Cancellations received after 48 hours are not subject to refund regardless of the cancellation reason.

 

 

 

If the apartment is for any reason not in rental conditional at the time of arrival, in situation of damage, such as leaks or any other conditions making the apartment un-liveable), Akaza has the right to cancel a booking for this specific apartment and reserves the right to transfer clients to an equivalent accommodation at its discretion.

 

 

If an alternative apartment is not available Akaza will then return the

pre-payment.

Akaza will do its best to assist the client to find a suitable solution of alternative accommodation, but will by no means be held responsible to do so.
