Horse Trekking around Catalunya |

Do you want to get out of Barcelona to 'horse around' and experience the beauty of Catalonia from horseback? Take this excellent opportunity to get out of the city and see some of the beautiful Catalan countryside from the back of a horse.

This ranch is located about 30-40 minutes north of Barcelona in the mountains between the coast and the Pyrenees. After arriving at the ranch we spend the first 15-20 minutes getting suited up (riding helmets, etc.), getting acquainted with the horses and learning the commands that they are accustomed to hearing.
Once everyone is ready, we go for a 2-hour ride and for those that are comfortable on their horses, there are opportunites to trot and canter, as well. After the ride, we go to a great little Catalan restaurant next to the ranch for a big lunch of traditional cuisine (complete with wine/beer, water, coffee and dessert) before heading back to Barcelona.
The price of this day trip is 95 EUR / person, all-inclusive, but there will be a surcharge of 15 EUR / person if they end up being the only two people on the trip that day.
