We can offer you Catalan Culture Package which offers you just what you need in order to experience the local identity and culture.

Catalonia is an autonomous community within Spain with a Government of its own, and has a population of more than six million habitants. Catalonia is a land of peculiar scenery where its nature, history, language and culture tells about a different Spain: It covers a 580 km of Mediterranean coastline which gives the perfect scenery for exploring the Catalan nature away from Barcelona, and the other Catalan capitals. You have the Catalan Pyrenees and Andorra less than three hours drive from Barcelona which gives you the perfect possibility to combine city vacation with snow adventure. These capitals being, Barcelona, Girona, Lleida and Tarragona, offering you local, traditional gastronomy and cultural activities.

Catalonia’s own language is Catalan. During the Franco dictatorship (1939 – 1975), the public use of the Catalan language was prohibited and it was an object of a systematic persecution: however, Catalan continued to be used as a family language until after Franco’s death in 1975, and, today, Catalan has co-official status together with Castilian (Spanish).
